The Steps of Updating CTID 

1.Log in your account

2. Click your account on the top right and choose "Domain Management"

３.Click “Contact Management” ＞ “Modify”

*You can press “Search” button to search domain name quickly

4.Modify the contact information and click “save” after confirming it is correct

Please Note

*Atfer updating information of CTID, the other domain names using the same CTID will be modified.

*Please click the domain name,don't tick the checkbox.(step 3)

*Click the amount of “Current Domain Name”, you will see the list of domain names useing this CTID now (step3)

*If you need to modify VAT Number and Company Name,please refer to"How to Change Owner"

*The domain e-mail can't be modified on system,please refer to“Modify Domain-e-mail address”
